Lots of really useful cooking programmes. Easy-to-understand controls. Looks very smart.

Excellent oven. It's easy to use, quiet, efficient and does what it says on the tin i.e. cooks food. I like how it beeps to tell you it's reached the target temperature. The pyrolytic cleaning is excellent too, no more scrubbing the oven sides and base. The grill and drip tray are very large which is good because some grill pans are quite small. Good range of auto settings and manual ones. The oven door does not get hot either. I am happy with this product and glad I did my research!

Way too complicated! The fan stays on after cooking and even the whole oven won't turn off so I've had to turn it off at the wall. The rotisserie is awful as it will leave fat all over the oven. When you open the door the light comes on even when the cooking facility is off so I can't leave it open to dry when I've washed it. Don't bother!

Absolutely fabulous, love the appliance. Efficient and looks amazing

The delivery guys broke the polystyrene when lifting it in to the house. Thankfully the oven was fine. Please wear gloves when installing as there are sharp bits, I cut my thumb and it bled everywhere. It says in the instructions but then shows people without gloves. Clock is so dull it's pointless. My old one was visible across the kitchen but this one is tiny and dull. It also disappears when you're cooking which doesn't help if you want to know what time to check on the food. There are about a million auto settings that seem pointless. It's designed for people who don't know how to read recipes but you have to read to figure out all of the ridiculous settings. It's not easy to clean. Don't believe the 'self-clean' claims. Get a cloth and gently do it yourself. The grill pan is the full width of the oven which sounds fantastic but it's too big to wash in the sink. I'd rather have two small ones. The energy saving is only any good if you're not actually using it! Slight exaggeration but for anything more than 1 shelf of food then it needs the fan on which takes energy. I wish I hadn't bought it.

Looks good and does what it is supposed to.

Excellent: really looks good in my new kitchen. Fairly easy to operate but, as it's new, I'm sure things will get easier as I get used to it! Matches perfectly with the Hotpoint built-in microwave/oven. I chose an oven with Pyrolytic cleaning because I am fed up with having to clean the oven - so hopefully this oven will live up to my expectations! Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.
