This oven is simple to use and works well. I find the temperature of the oven to be accurate. Cleaning is very simple - empty everything out, shelves and supports go into the dishwasher, set to the Pyrolytic setting. And once it’s finished and cool, wipe any ‘residue’ from the base of the oven. All clean and done.

Plug and play. Nice feel to accessories and simple to use interface. What's not to like?

Good looking oven with very easy installation (it is just plug and go). Cannot complain about functionality - it does the job, my biggest concern is a control panel, I find it a bit confusing and not very user friendly, display is quite small and not well designed (e.g. 1/4 of screen is a shematic pic of oven mode, which is useless) However as I am mostly using same mode every time it does not bother me often

Looks good and fits well. The touch button operating systems takes some getting used to but it's overall far better than our previous oven. The spit roaster is a novel addition. Still takes 10 minutes to heat up to 180 degrees.

Not enough instructions,no in depth user manual and no availability of a cook book specifically for Hotpoint oven to buy. Could do with a extra shelf and on my oven the spit doesn't fit. Finally I find that the controls and operation work a treat ,good display for information.
