New display needs time to get used too. Works well easy to keep clean gets better as we use it

Bought this in May 2020 and it has now developed a fault. This is the second Hotpoint product that has broken just after the warranty has ended. We will not be buying another Hotpoint product.

Easy to fit with the plug. However, not had a chance to use all of the functions, but used tried to use the grill and it seemed to take far too long to toast bread. Maybe it was user error, but will double check the manual to see if I was doing anything wrong.

Had it for a couple years no problems, cleaning function isn’t amazing and the door outer glass is just glued on which has now fell apart and the hinge damaged in the process. Has a 10 year parts guarantee but I’d have to pay for repairs and labour. Wouldn’t buy another hotpoint ever again.

Hotpoint had a great reputation many years ago for there appliances but in the last few years not so great with the German makes raining superiority, so I was a little hesitant in buying Hotpoint. Due to product availability in other makes we decided to go for this Hotpoint oven and also micro oven to match. It has now been installed and looks great. It's easy to use and has lots of different functions so far so good! I just hope it lasts the test of time.

It took my dull brain a little time to work out how to use it properly but, once I did, it began to exceed expectations. Using it as a conventional oven, a fan oven, a grill, a rotisserie all opened up. One tiny thing, that just highlights the design thought, is that it shows the time something has spent cooking so far, even when not in timer mode. No more forgetting and wondering "what time did I turn it on?"

Fantastic oven, people have commented about the pre heat time, we have not found this a problem at all, other ovens take just as long to warm up its just that this one actually gives you feedback by telling you its pre heating rather than having to sit waiting for a light to go out. Functions are plentifull but simple. We have purchased 2 matching ovens and built in combination microwave to form great looking suite of appliances. Also great service from AO as always.
