AO's service was outstanding, as usual. The product itself is decent enough, but slightly flimsy plastic shelf hinges, one of which broke off immediately with the slightest pressure.

Does what it says on the tin. Like others, I am not using the wine rack. It is a little noisy, but ours is in a separate room and we don't hear it. Can't complain. Oh. Please note. AO do not do the door reversal. You will have to do it yourself.

Just what we needed - good quality, nice and light and reasonable price!

This is a great fridge freezer and really good value for money. The bottle rack is very useful and I like that the fridge has a temperature indicator. I did have to move the shelves around a bit and swap over the bottle rack to make it work well with the shelves on the door but that was easy enough to do.

Well after 30+ years the old fridge freezer has gone to fridge heaven. It was still working , just a little noisy and I guess not very efficient! But the odd size (max 1700mm high x 550mmm wide meant it was hard to find something that both looked good and would fit. AO came to the rescue. Took the old faithful away and now we have a lovely new addition to our kitchen. It's quiet and suits our needs down to the ground (2 adult household)
