Perfect in every way, service was amazing!

The matt surface absorbs stains so they can’t be removed by any cleaner, the spout is too narrow and spits boiling water when you tip it, the silver surface on the logo peeled off and the indicator light broke within a few months. A poor design, badly made.

Great looking kettle, although a little heavy compared to our previous one. The gauge isn’t the easiest to read either. AO delivered our first kettle which had a faulty switch, but they exchanged it straight away for a new one. On the whole I am happy with my new kettle!

Great kettle- bought it to replace our (much more expensive) one which broke. This is lighter, quick to boil, good, slim size on the side in kitchen side, pours well, & looks great too. Looks easy to clean, though I’ve not needed to yet.
