AWFUL PRODUCT, TRUE COMMENT

One star is too many, looking at other comments I must be very unlucky. Now had 3 kettles ALL FAULTY 1st one not used as no indicate blue light, 2nd one no light again after 5 uses, 3rd one after 3 months no light again but plastic lid chrome now peeling. Swan shocking customer relations dept. not interested in comments as I suggested possible brand fault, I would happily pay to return it to them for testing, I have toaster to match. just waiting for it to go wrong after 3 months. A.O.L. brilliant so so helpful would buy all from them all the time.
