My niece loved it as it was a xmas present

Great little machine for the money. Only little thing that I dislike is that it moves around too easily as it’s not that heavy. Sucker pads on the bottom would probably help with it. Apart from that it’s a pretty decent machine

Works great. Easy to set up and had my first coffee in 10 minutes ??. One tip is to make sure to follow the instructions and make the coffee before heating the milk! My friend has the same machine and told me to make sure to do this as the pressure needed to heat the milk is higher than that needed for the coffee and if you do it the wrong way round it spits coffee everywhere!?! Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with this espresso machine. Looks lovely and very easy to use. Also has an auto power off if you were to ever forget to switch it off. Great value too!

I bought this machine as it was similar in general appearance to a cookworks machine i had used successfully for years, basically the design is a reliable one! But this swan machine has a modern frozen-matt type finish so looks really up to date. IMO. The steam wand works well to heat milk, but you have to be careful otherwise you get big bubbles. The coffee strains beautifully too.. Me and my wife love it!
