Very pleased with this espresso machine. Looks lovely and very easy to use. Also has an auto power off if you were to ever forget to switch it off. Great value too!

I bought this machine as it was similar in general appearance to a cookworks machine i had used successfully for years, basically the design is a reliable one! But this swan machine has a modern frozen-matt type finish so looks really up to date. IMO. The steam wand works well to heat milk, but you have to be careful otherwise you get big bubbles. The coffee strains beautifully too.. Me and my wife love it!

We've only been using the machine for a week, buy so far so good. Nice stylish look on the shelf. Coffee is very good. Frother is extra fun for hot chocolates too!

Things about it could be better such as a directional arrow to help you put the portafilter in correctly, and a larger gap between the portafilter and the drip tray would be good - a normal sized mug will not fit! Yet to use the milk frother so cannot comment. But, that being said, it is a great little machine at a bargain price and looks great in our kitchen.

Very attractive design and easy to use with ground coffee,I have not used pods but will do so in the future, I’m not sure what pods to use as that information is not given in the product booklet. Overall a classy looking machine and not to large.

Pros: Great price for an espresso machine with 15 bar of pressure. Large water tank Quick to get set up and making coffee straight away. Cons: Milk frothing wand is a little short. Would struggle steaming/frothing small amounts of milk. Can’t get a normal sized coffee cup under the portafilter without taking the drip tray out so you will need a small cup for catching the espresso. Switching back from steam to espresso requires you waiting 10 minutes for it to cool back down to required temperature. Overall however very good for the price and a great starter espresso machine. What I’ve come to expect with Swan products. Good price to quality ratio.
