Unfortunately the pump wasn't working but great customer service on ao part. the machine itself looks lovely but can't comment on how it works until replacement arrive

I initially chose this Coffee machine because of its design, I really fell for its old fashioned knobs, dials and buttons. I have already tried several different types of coffee from ground, quick brew bags, and everyday loose grains. I am finding it difficult to choose my preferred coffee because they all seem to taste good. The steam milk frothing works really good after a couple of practise runs the trick is not to push it in too deep. I like the way the warning lights lets you know when your ready to make coffee or steam froth your milk, whole milk is much better for this. The water tank is easily filled and the machine easily cleaned when necessary.

Love this espresso machine, the colour is a nice cream that will fit in with lots of different decor and the retro style is funky. Easy to use and not fiddly to fill up or use - I previously had a machine where the water tank was a pain to it open so it ended up breaking. Foamer works well and pressure holds.

Loving the swan coffee maker. It is functional, makes nice coffee (I use ground coffee not pods), really easy to use, compact - so doesn’t take up a lot of my work surface and is super cute and retro. One downside is, it doesn’t come with a milk jug :( I regret not buying it sooner, as it looks great next to my matching kettle and toaster.
