It does a good job cleaning the dishes, and it's more economical to run than the previous one. It connects to my phone, which seems utterly pointless.

The guys were brilliant delivering the unit in perfect condition, the Bosch unit is great the app was a little bit foolery to set up but once connected to Bluetooth and WiFi it works a dream with notifications when finished

Having use the dishwasher for over a week it is quiet, easy to learn how to operate. HOWEVER the 2 racks and fold out additional racks are of a bizzare design. The fold out racks take up so much space themselves that the first thing we did was remove them. That left us trying to find ways of, somehow, getting large diner plates, soup bowls mugs & saucepans, together with all the other items into one wash. Almost impossible. A good machine totally spoilt by the appaulling design of the racks etc. Seriously thinking of returning it.

Appears to be well made product purchased to replace similar Bosch "semi integrated" dish washer that worked without fault for approx 18 years. New machine does not have all the washing functions of its predecessor - especially missed will be a very short 25 min wash that was the mainstay of the old machine. Also noticed that internal parts previously made of stainless steel are now made of plastic. Hope the new machine lasts at least half as long as its predecessor.

Excellent product, looks good and is easy to use

So far so good excellent dishwasher with home connect allowing for extra programs to try relatively easy to use. Both Bosch and Home Connect customer service quick to respond as was AO CS…

Bought to replace a 16-year old AEG that finally failed. Would have gone for another AEG but for the stupid design of opening the door at the end. Who wants their kitchen filled with steam at the end of the cycle? So went for the Bosch - and am immediately regretting it. The layout of the racks is useless compared with the old appliance. Why put the cutlery tray right in the middle? The upper rack is so badly designed the sides are completely wasted space. It is impossible to safely put anything other than the smallest cups or glasses in them. And why is the shortest cycle 1.05 hours? Express it is not. Our old appliance had a 30-minute cycle that produced excellent results. And a so-called eco-cycle that lasts 4.30 hours? You are having a laugh. Might well be making use of the 100-day return option. Highly not recommended.

This dishwasher was a replacement for a similar Bosch model that was 15 years old that just stopped working. The family has found this new model to be very quiet and efficient delivering sparkling glassware, crockery and pans. The new dishwasher links via the home WiFi and tells the family when it is finished, allows for remote start, etc that is a brilliant piece of tech for a busy household.
