Works well, and the delay start setting allows us to use cheaper electricity at specific times. Cutlery tray is vast improvement on the usual basket arrangement.

The machine cleans perfectly and unlike some reviews say, it is very quiet. I like the range of programmes available. Overall I cannot fault it

Great product - really quiet. I like the top cutlery shelf - never had one of those before. Crockery and pots are clean and dry when it is finished. It also connects to my mobile so I know when it is in use and when it is finished so I can empty. Happy customer!

I thought the dishwasher was haunted when it popped the door open all on its own at the end of one of the dishwashing functions, so that was fun. After reading the instructions manual, I realised just how useful that is though. I'm all for money and energy saving. The cutlery drawer at the top is brilliant, no more spoons stuck together and inadequately washed, they lay out separately and wash perfectly, plus they dry properly because they aren't all clumped together. That's helpful. The shelves are sturdy and don't easily fall off the rails and they're a convenient height for different sized pans and plates. This model lives up to its name, it is quiet and unobtrusive. Why it needs to be connected to the internet via WiFi is beyond me though? My husband is convinced it is going to steal our bank details, book a foreign holiday and go to the Bahamas to wash cocktail glasses in a tiki bar. Apart from that, it is a really good reliable dishwasher that cleans our plates beautifully. We're very pleased with our purchase.

Replacing an old Bosch dishwasher. I am happy with the cutlery tray instead of the basket as it holds a lot more. That leaves more room in the bottom basket. It is more economic being B rated. So far so good. It is fractionally larger than the old one so is a tight fit but manageable. So be sure to measure your space if replacing a very old one.

All in all a great product. The only slightly fiddly detail is when you try to adjust the top basket to a correct height if you need to wash wine glasses (or similar with a long stem). It can’t be at the highest level or else the glasses will hit the cutlery rack above, and it can’t be on too low at the same time if you’re also washing big dinner plates, as then the rotary wash blade will hit the top of the plates! The most obvious thing really is to try washing on different loads on those occasions, but that’s not always convenient if you don’t have a large enough load nor is it economical to use twice. If this was a big size dishwasher I imagine it wouldn’t be a problem but fir a smaller machine it takes some effort to load correctly!
