This was a replacement for our previous Bosch, which had a "motor assembly leak" after six years and which we thought was not worth the cost of fixing against a replacement dishwasher. On our first wash, we had some difficulty navigating the height levels offered on the top tray but after that was achieved, all was well. It is a shame that the time left until the cycle is finished is not lit up on the floor but only shows the cycle is still completing - we found this useful on our last appliance. Other than that, we are happy with the new model.

I can't believe I lived this long without a dishwasher! This thing is super silent, the cutlery tray is so convenient and no matter the state of dishes they always come out sparkling! Highly recommend!

Cleans and dries better than my old Bosch dishwasher. Only tried automatic setting once as it didn't clean knives in the top tray. Used Eco setting since and everything clean and dry. Does take a long time but happy that it cleans everything. It also leaves everything shiny and clean. It has even taken off small marks on cutlery that had occurred from previous dishwasher. Also more room in bottom tray as no cutlery basket. Very pleased with it.

Excellent machine, the cutlery tray at the top frees up so much more space in the lower rack which gives a much greater capacity. Much quieter than my previous dishwasher. Lots of programmes that I probably my won’t ever use but there are plenty cycles to choose from. The express wash cleans perfectly.

Quiet, really easy to stack and leaves everything clean on an eco wash.

Product is excellent and as expected

The first two weeks have been very positive. It is so much quieter and more effective at cleaning than my previous dishwasher. The cutlery drawer is a massive improvement on the previous basket but does mean pint glasses don't fit on the top shelf. For the price I'd have liked a slightly better energy efficency rating and I'm not sold on the wifi features but they are minor points.

We purchased this item as a replacement for our old Neff appliance. They are very similar with a few more functions to choose from. We like the cutlery tray, which provides additional space in the bottom basket.
