Exactly as described and exactly what I wanted. Quick delivery and arrived on the day quoted. ao appear to be very well organised and know what they’re doing. I haven’t unpacked hob yet as installer is coming in 7 days. I will defo use ao in the future for household items. This hob is to replace an old one. The new one looks really smart and SMEG has a very good reputation for quality products. My previous SMEG has lasted 20 years but now looks a little tired although still works fine. I figured new kitchen justifies new hob!
