Great product and having become used to having toasters that have never toasted evenly, this is a model that actually does and for that alone gets 5 stars.

Looks nice, very modern. Toasts evenly with individual controls for each side.

The toaster is huge and takes up a lot of space, but the actual bread space is really small. You can't put bread in on it's side, it has to be upright. It also doesn't pop the toast all the way up so its very difficult to get out smaller things like crumpets or bagels. It does look really nice though (apart from the size) and it toasts well. Plenty of different temperature settings
