The range cooker is a direct replacement for an older model. Not quite as sturdy as the original but still an amazing cooker. The ovens cook food perfectly. I would definitely recommend.

Really easy process with AO, delivery swift, and the men who came to fit the new cooker and remove the old one were efficient and really friendly. We love the new oven, it heats food evenly and is much easier to work with having the two doors. As a direct replacement for the same model from 20 odd years ago we’re really happy.

Amazing customer service from start to finish and good pricing of course

It was an expensive mistake buying this oven. First, it sits 2 inches away from the back wall which the AO installers didn't tell me it would before they started to install. Where as our previous range cooked sat flush. There is nothing good to say about it. It doesn't cook evenly, the gas hob function is not smooth. You have to hold it for too many seconds to ignite. It came with no instructions, so had to search online to work out what or how it works. Within a month the top hob had rust stains on it, which has progressively worsened. It looks dirty all the time and we hardly use this oven because it is so awful to use and I fear making the rust worse. We do not use abrasive cleaners because I can use them for my health.. it's so bad we have had to buy an air fryer to cook with. Don't waste your money.

Looks fantastic, and works like a dream. Clean, controllable cooking on the hob and the ovens. Heats up fast, grills are great. Our old cooker was definitely past it's best so it's great to be able to cook properly again. Service and price from AO second to none as usual. Very Happy.

I just thought I would leave an update after 3 years of using this cooker. One of the first things I did was buy another rack for it. I have now used the steam cleaning function many times but I am not impressed by it, I am now thinking of getting the professionals in for a proper clean. Catalytic oven linings would have been preferable. When the door is opened on the small oven, even for a short time, the knob above it gets really hot and can burn your fingers. The bulb in the small oven needed replacing after 3 years. I tend to use the small oven for roasting beef, I use a cooking bag, cook it on 200 for 40 minutes then turn it down to 150 and leave it about 1 1/2 hours and it always cooks lovely and leaves the big oven free for other dishes. I have never bothered with the eco function. The silver ring round the wok burner can get stained, I’ve used a Brillo pad to clean mine with no detrimental effect. So far I have been pleased with the cooking performance of this cooker.

Fantastic Love it! It was a replacement for a 16 year old identical smeg! Looks so stylish in my new kitchen!
