I booked AO to take away an old fridge/freezer, even though I wasn't buying anything from them. A service that doesn't seem to be provided by many suppliers. The team arrived ahead of the scheduled time slot, having phoned ahead to check that this was OK. On arrival they were all polite, friendly and extremely helpful, with the job being completed quickly. If this is the sort of service that I can expect from AO then I will certainly be using them again.

The lads who collected the fridge/freezer were great, reorganisong their van to accomodate my xollection. Perhaps the website should ask what item/appliance is being collected?

I requested a collect and recycle if a washing machine and refrigerator. AO kept me fully informed beforehand and arrived within the given time slot. Excellent, seamless service. Will definitely use again in the future.
