Had a collection for an old freezer. Came on the day and phoned when on the way. Brilliant service.

We booked a collection for an old oven today and then never showed up but the online update showed as completed at 9pm. We cant contact anyone either.

Cheapest appliance collection I managed to find, (collection from S.E London) many other companies charging a ridiculous amount. Kept me up to date and arrived on day/ time. Collection guys even phoned me when they were 5 minutes away. Very professional, polite and friendly. I will definitely use ao again whether for their products or services.

Because my old oven waI had to cancel the collect & recycle of the old oven when my new one was delivered. The team at the croydon offoce were very helpful and organised a different collection and recycle date. the delivery person was very helpful and brought the new product into the kitchen and took the packaging away. He said they would return another day to collect the old oven when it was ready for collection once i had booked it.
