The guys who collected my fridges were courteous and polite and gave me a call 20 minutes before they came to collect.

This is a fabulous service that ao offer the local council is the same price as this service but you have to drag your fridge freezer out to the pavent my friend has server arteritis so can not lift the collection service picked it up from round the back of her house no issues will always recommend this to other people and would use this service myself if needed

Quick and efficient service. Had to have them out twice as website does not obviously state that the £5 you can pay for disconnecting the product does not include electric ovens.

This is a brilliant service at a very reasonable cost. The item was collected by two competent guys who were polite and respectful. My only criticism is: the on line tracking of the collection time wasn’t working but I phoned instead and got the information I wanted from there. Highly recommend

Collection of a double, fully working American style fridge freezer following building work and a new kitchen. Had offered for free on social media, but no takers due to size. Sadly, this was the best next option as we couldn't take it to the council recycling ourselves. Brought it out front the night before. The team messaged and called in advance, and removed it without any fuss. Exactly what we expected and they delivered (removed) like professionals. Quality service.

My old fridge freezer could not be collected on the same day my new one was delivered because it was still cold. I did not know that it had to be off for 24 hours before collection. The freezer part was still working. AO.COM arranged collection of my old one for the next day which was brilliant.
