Collection only of old white goods is very cost effective and convenient. Service was great. On time and the team notified me an hour before they would arrive

AO Staff removed large item, being very careful not to hit or scratch anything in the house. In addition they were extremely courteous.

The tumble dryer is performing exactly as we anticipated it would.

Didn't know that a.o.had this service, apparently it doesn't matter if you purchase a new item or not , my old w/machine was collected the next day from booking online, actually cheaper and quicker than asking for a man with a van on Facebook.

Easy, stress free collection, highly recommended
