So far so good - we use our breadmaker every day (when I say "we" that is not strictly true.. but I do watch) This one is really QUIET and that makes a difference when it is going every day. On that basis, and the fact that it makes excellent dough and bread, it gets 5 stars. Cannot fault it. Would also like to say that AO communication and delivery service gets 5 STARS - very impressed
