Not my first breadmaker, so inevitably subject to making comparisons with other brands. Nice and compact on the worktop, so that was good. Also like the way the tin locks in place easily. Recipe booklet has some metric recipes followed by some using American measures (cups etc.) The conversion table given is misleading as it states that a cup is 250g, which is only true for water, not dry ingredients. Still adjusting ingredient quantities to try to achive a good result, so a little too soon to give a final verdict, but not yet impressed.

Wrote a review on first receiving my bread maker. I was not at all impressed. Since then I tried other recipes with the same results of very disappointing bread. Contacting Tower for help Regarding recipes was a waste of time as the recipes were handled by a third party, no attempt to give me contact details to ask them for advice. Since then I have found a recipe on a bag of Wessex mill flour which I have modified slightly almong with mixing their flour with Allison’s whole meal flour And now am making excellent bread.
