The Induction Hob is excellent and living up to all its promises

Product (‘island’ mounted induction hob - replacing ceramic electric hob) arrived on time, has since performed exactly ‘as it says on the box’ and DID NOT ARRIVE DAMAGED. This is a refreshing change from many recent deliveries of appliances ordered online over the past couple of years. The two tech installers were extremely helpful, well presented, communicative and polite - and no extra charges levied despite a deal of ‘fiddling’ and head scratching, additional wiring required - and a call to their admin fir advice to safely resolve. THANK YOU, AO - great customer service - well spoken call staff who were clear in follow up ‘customer satisfaction enquiries’, and possessed excellent spoken English ‘comprehension’ - and clearly explained follow- up warranty options available. Great product - Refreshingly easy process from ordering to delivery, installation and recycling / clean up.
