This was a replacement for Tassimo Joy which required a water filter. This little machine is great easy to use no filter required and same quality drinks provided. Nice compact size

I have been using this machine for a few days now and purchased it on a recommendation. There were clear picture instructions on how to set it up to clean prior to use. It is easy and simple to use for your coffee or hot chocolate etc. A nice compact size if you are short on space. I got the black and cream model and it looks really nice. I am happy with this product and would recommend it to others.
