Really please with the item was an upgrade on my last one

This was a replacement for our Tassimo which we've had since 2014. Having done lots of research I found the Tassimo Joy which has a water tank equal to the size of our first one so is great as there are now quite a few Tassimo machines which seem to have quite small tanks which obviously need topping up more regularly. The Joy has been working fine since it arrived about 3 weeks ago with no problems so can recommend this item.

Great coffee machine, bought this to replace previous one we’d had 5 years. Pods have got a bit expensive but best to buy them in bulk when on offer

More capacity of water tank and therefore more drinks before water tank is empty. We filter our water anyway but it makes it much easier with it incorporated in the machine.

Great machine replacing our 7 year old machine! Very good coffee maker just love it!

Better than the old one I had . Nice large tank too .
