This is the second machine of this type we have purchased. Its a great machine, I like that i can increase the temperature, Strength and cup size, and save it to a memory so i can have the coffee how i like it every time. We live in a hard water area and , hence having a water filter fitted, it cuts the frequency that the machine tells us to descale it. There is a good choice of types and makes of coffee available

Just what i wanted . Replaced my old tassie . As so.it makes nice coffee. Can't fault it.i would certainly by again when need be.

Bought as a gift. The recipient is very happy with it's looks and operation.

Very stylish coffee maker and holds a good amount of water ( even more if you don’t need to use the filter.) The coffee is piping hot and you can program your personal settings. The coffee pods are reasonably priced and make a great cup of coffee. However, we are on our third machine the previous two were faulty. AO replacements came straight away , excellent service but hence only our 3star rating. Fingers crossed this machine continues without any problems.

Quick and easy to use with heat and strength settings. Doesn’t hold a lot of water because of the filter taking up room in the reservoir but could be used without the filter if this was a problem. I gave it 4 stars as I would rather use fresh milk rather than the uht creamer with the pods.

Great options on customising how you like you're drink. Only negative for me is the length of the cable.

Does exactly what it says it does, looks great, easy to use and good value. Very happy.
