After Service Not Efficient

Lasted a few weeks than broke. Used the Electra Warranty Line and they took several days to come. Then they didnt arrive to fix it. They rescheduled the repair for the next day, at 9.30pm at night, so far to late to book the day off work. Not that it mattered as they didnt come a 2nd time. When they came the third time, they didnt have the part. So they ordered it and arranged for a nother visit a week later. Two days after the appointment, I rang them, and they didnt have the part. The aftersales service is poor. I am unlikely to buy Electra again.
