Super easy to set up the radiator thermostats although I had to ask a plumber to set up the wireless controller on my boiler. Tado comes with a really slick mobile app that is packed with clever features like geofencing - that turns off the heating when the house is empty, and open window detection which allows you to stop wasting heat in a particular room when a window is open.

Excellent product, but the range could be improved if the Bridge.

I‘m really pleased we got this - we have a large flat and it was annoying that we were heating every room when the heating was on (let’s be honest we rarely adjusted the old thermostatic radiator valves). I installed the entire system and valves myself (zero previous experience) helped by YouTube and it’s working brilliantly. I love the app functionality and how easy it is to set schedules etc! Hopefully it will help us save on energy costs.

Excellent product and so easy to install. The customer service team at Tado was brilliant at solving my queries and they went the extra mile to understand my installation before giving direction on how to proceed with the installation. Can’t recommend this enough.

Had installed by plumber when radiators changed. Plumber felt very easy to install and personally found very easy to connect and set up rooms/zones. only down side is that for underfloor heating zones had to change from current wireless receivers to wired ones as tado can only have one wireless receiver per system. Additionally some of the etc automation features required a paid subscription which I wasn't aware of, but over all very pleased with the product and functionality so far! Also looks neat and stylish, Would definitely recommend!
