The dryer had to be replaced after 3 months and then the replacement failed after 4 months. I am dubious about the energy savings quoted as the dryer has to cycle for much longer to get the same outcome as a conventional condenser dryer, which we have gone back to albeit a different make. Fingers crossed this time. I would not buy another Electra product due to their unreliability and their aftersales support left us without a dryer for weeks on end. AO to the rescue though and thanks to them for sorting a replacement make and model.

Love the design and how economical to run this is, it has great reviews which is why I bought it. The dryer is also very quiet which is great. It does take an extremely long time to dry a normal load - putting it on the longest setting which is extra dry cotton and takes 3.5hrs does not get a load dry, you have to do another 60 minutes. Having previously had a vented dryer, emptying out the water every two cycles is a bit of a pain but fine. I would recommend if you have no option for vented but not sure otherwise.

It seems to do everything that was promised, and very well.

Quieter than my last one. No discharge hose provided but that is now being sent by Electra.

So far so good. Large drum but does take longer to dry clothes than a condenser dryer. A++ energy rating is a plus.

Does the job but takes ages to dry contents, sometimes double compared to our old drier. No doubt it will be cheaper on energy overall but taking into account it runs for twice as long it will not be as efficent as hoped. Time will tell. Like the light in the drum.

Love it took a little while to get used to all the settings it's quite not so much heat coming of it dose take longer but cheaper to run

Perfect for my needs , looks nice and compact, would highly recommend.
