Its a good dryer. I chose it on the basis of the projected energy savings over 5 years compared with the cheapest model for the size. The old condensing dryer released a lot of heat and humidity into the room. The new machine is very cool in comparison. The lint filter is a two part design which helps reduce the dust emitted. One criticism is the 'sharp' styling: all the edges are sharp. Not so sharp as to cut, but enough to hurt. I have taken sand paper to round off the edges.

Pretty impressed with this product, always had vented dryers before so wasn't sure if it would be better, but it has a sensor so it stops when the clothes are dry, which will help save on the electric bills I'm sure! It's not overly loud, you've got to make sure you empty it and clear the lint holder after every use, a varied number of programs too, very happy!

First time I used it, I was very annoyed with myself, for choosing a heat pump dryer cause it did'nt even feel warm, A big but after, when I understood how to use it properly, I love it, better than the bigger Candy one I had b4, just use the right settings ,empty the water from the top pullout drawer, when it gets a bit full, keep the filter clean and put a full load in, really helps get the best use and economy from it. I 1000% recommend this dryer!
