Nice dryer but noisier than I expected and definitely takes longer than our previous vented dryer. Hopefully we will see savings in energy costs .

Great on energy saving - lots of settings for how long/short you want to use it for.

Although it is early days my tumble drier seems to be be well built. This is my first heat pump tumble drier and so I will just have to wait and see how it performs. This was the best price I could find .

Keeps breaking - AVOID I bought this for my tenants in May last year. It stopped heating up or tumbling in July. After several calls, they finally got an engineer out to fix it. It worked again until December and then broke again. The engineer said the whole machine needed replacing, but closed the job instead of saying it was unrepairable. Now onto the 4th engineer visit, to reopen the job and try and get this retched machine working or hopefully, replaced with a working model. The helpline person is great, when they finally answer the phone.

Delivery was excellent full communication unpacked and old unit removed with no issues ( remember that some water will leak from machine upon removal so watch your carpets etc) delivery lads friendly and helpful. Machine is easy to use light in drum a surprise but really nice touch, quiet when in use

Replacing my very old condensing dryer this one is doing a lovely job. Smart, clean and fits neatly into my small kitchen. Quiet when working, economically priced - helped by my AO membership - I recommend this unit.
