We ordered this to replace our old one and I’ve been really pleased with it. It is more environmentally friendly than our last and the instructions were easy to follow. We’ve found the best setting for our needs and have been pleased with the results. Great ordering process and delivery too.

Great dryer. Super straightforward to connect and get started. It holds lots of clothes. The condenser also holds a lot of liquid so does t need emptying too often. Super happy with it so far.

Great tumble dryer, perfect size for our usage and good selection of settings.

Product seems fine although it vibrates a fair bit which is noisy. Maybe it’s our set up who knows but is level and flat to the floor. There was also no Warantee information that came with it so it either doesn’t have one or it was taken away by the delivery drivers when they unpacked it outside? Otherwise delivery quick, polite delivery men and works well

Extremely pleased with this tumble dryer. Much kinder on clothes than previous machine. Love the delay start too as we have economy 7 night time electric rates. Definitely recommend.

Very happy with this drier. I've had both vented and condensing driers in the past and this is my first heat pump drier. I'm very impressed. My observation is that the drier works well, clothes are dry but surprisingly only slightly warm when you remove them from the drier. Obviously venting driers produce a lot of steam - hence the need to vent. Condensing driers also produce quite a bit of steam, despite condensing most of it and I would need to open a window to prevent condensation. This heat pump drier produces almost nothing and there's no need for additional ventilation. If you are looking to dry laundry without causing condensation, this is the way to go. It seems faster than my old drier and being A++ rated and a heat pump it is using a lot less energy too. Absolutely recommend this machine. I've only had it a couple of weeks so I can't comment on longevity but I am delighted with its performance.

Very good application and money saving. Fits wonderfully under my stair. Very helpful staff from ordering to delivery. Would highly recommend product and company.
