Excellent product. Coffee is great, really easy to set up and use. Comes with internal Britta water filter so you can use normal tap water. Would definitely recommend. Not the cheapest coffee machine but worth it, probably……. A big step up from the capsule machines I have used before.

Really good product and makes a great coffee. Only disappointment is there is no internal milk pump or compartment.

It's silent compared to other brands, quality is good, one thing that is missing is milk pipe automatic cleaning on completion of the cup.

Very happy with this coffee machine which seems to be easier to maintain than our previous Delonghi machine. The milk could be a little warmer, and a milk container could have been included - they’re my only negatives.
