Dries all the clothes completely, and hasn't caused any shrinkage so far! The electricity bill hasn't suffered too much for it either.

Really pleased to have changed from a condenser drier to a heat pump drier. Kinder on my clothes and the environment. Dries a mixed load to cupboard dry within 2 hours.

Great tumble dryer which does exactly what it says in the tin. Recommended

Again nice machine by AEG, brought their washing machine also 9kg unit, first time having a heat pump dryer from the conventional type, compliments their washing machines. With this being a different type of dryer once again taking a little time to get use to the various programs though no doubt the same with all machines. Generally no noisier than any other dryer, good size drum and the added facility of a drian hose - this being of the condenser type which at present I’ve not got around to fitting to a waste outlet. 4**** as only had machine for 3 weeks…. so unable to comment on reliability though I would expect this from a brand like AEG …..

I like the load weight this dryer can accommodate and also the anti crease option which works very well. The filter is easy to empty and collects a surprising amount of lint. As I have the dryer plumbed in I cannot comment on the water collection filter.The only negative for me is that when first starting a cycle the door tends to vibrate for several minutes and is very loud until it settles into the cycle. I can''t seem able to rectify this and have checked the machine is level which it is. Overall I would recommend this dryer based on its performance and ease of use.

First heat pump dryer and such a difference. Noticeably cooler when removing clothes from this dryer, but I find the cycles to be shorter and the clothes less wrinkled than my previous condensing dryer. The refresh cycle is a great option and a really handy addition. Pleased with this model.

We recently purchased a tumble dryer and we’re delighted with the dryer and service in purchasing it. The whole process was painless and the dryer delivered on time. The packaging was taken away the delivery team could not have been more helpful. The design and user friendly instructions are excellent.All refreshing.

Great machine using the fraction of the energy of its condensed predecessor and creates much less heat in the utility room however, clothes and duvets have more wrinkle at the end of the cycle, compared to the old machine, irrespective to the load or chosen program - all in all still a fabulous tech
