    Superb dryer

    5/5
Expensive but superb condensing dryer. Takes vast majority of dampness out of clothes, and they just need minor airing afterwards. Slight increase in humidity around machine but nothing significant that a little bit of ventilation cannot sort out. No need for dehumidifier.

    Quite complicated

    4/5
A very nice machine, which runs quietly and efficiently. It was a Which best buy that prompted me to go for this model. The reason for not giving it top marks is that the display is not intuitive and the user manual has to be studied carefully to get the best out of it.

    Good and quick!

    5/5
Fantastic dryer- I had a different brand of early heat pump dryer which took too long and clothes were still damp. This acts a lot more like a “normal” condenser dryer- cycle times are far reduced and drying results impressive just left on the”cupboard dry” setting. A monitor of the smart meter before and after a towels cycle suggests it used around 20p for the entire cycle- brilliant economy. Also comes with the drain kit which I’ve used- water goes straight into my standpipe so I never have worry about emptying the draw. Good quality, reasonably quiet. Very happy!

    My best dryer yet

    5/5
Yep, this is the best tumble dryer I’ve ever had! A large drum and a good selection of programmes. There is an app should one wish to wirelessly connect and run it remotely. The crease free - really works! What’s not to love ???

    An Excellent Gem

    5/5
First AEG product we've owned and will probably not be our last. A simple but elegant design, as tumble dryers go, with a clear interface and a combination of traditional dial and touch screen modernity. Very user friendly and offers a variety of useful functions. It holds decent capacity and is seemingly energy efficient with its A+++ rating, I guess time and bills will tell. In terms of noise it isn't the quietest but neither is it too loud. I'm experimenting to see how long I need to run a cycle for, depending on content and quantity of clothing I have in there, but also discovering I have too many jumpers that cannot be tumble dried. Small price to pay for the ease and convenience of having a tumble dryer, especially as it reduces the moisture in the home and makes me wonder how I managed without it before. And this AEG machine offers a great introduction to it and drying clothes with this machine has now transformed a chore into a joy.

Great tumble dryer for people who don’t like ironing

    5/5
Laundry gets dried effectively and in relatively short time (1.5-2.5h if full). Water accumulation tank is good for 1-2 cycles (family of 4), but very easy to empty. As long as you empty the machine soon after the cycle is done (use an app to get alert), very few creases are present (cupboard dry setting) and most clothes can be used without ironing. Shirts and fancy dresses/costumes may require light ironing if made of regular cotton and particularly linen. Easy care fabrics are mostly crease free.

    Wonderful results

    4/5
It’s so economical to run and all the laundry comes out fabulously soft AND uncrumpled, way batter than the results from the old style (non heat pump) Miele that we thought served us well for years, BUT it can’t have 5* as it does shrink things a little. Or am I just eating more? Drying times are not quick but I think we just have to accept that in exchange for greener machines. All in all I’d definitely buy it again.
