Wonderful heater and looks very stylish also. Oil heaters will take longer to heat up than say fan heaters, but I prefer to use them as an alternative to our central heating.

Got this at a great Black Friday price before they sold out. The earlier version of the Dragon 4 but offers all the same spec as the latest offering. Very similar look. Same 2.5kW output. Same 10 chimney vents. Much cheaper price. The wheels are different but seem robust enough. I have had the latest model as well for a couple of years. The new version has digital controls which can be a bit confusing / fiddly. This earlier version has manual control and an easy to set timer, along the lines of the old central heating timers. This might make it easier for older people. I bought my 80 year old Dad one for that very reason. De'Longhi are a reputable manufacturer. 10 year guarantee. Fills a room quickly with heat and retains heat for a good while after been turned off. Saves on bills as we just heat the room we occupy. Used in conjunction with a decent dehumidifier, we manage to get through the winter months!

High quality radiator. Heats a room fast! Occasional popping sounds but guess that is inevitable with this type of product.

Useful to keep the bedroom at a comfortable temperature without relying on the whole house central heating.
