Excellent quality and very quiet. Easy to use

It is a cool vacuum, very comfortable, lightweight. Battery last long. I like the option to turn it into a hand-held vacuum for cleaning stairs and sofas. Probably not for heavy-duty stuff, but perfect for keeping your home clean.

Great product, far more effective than previous Dyson, some draw backs, emptying is a bit more complicated than needs to be, wall storage not in keeping with usual Miele sturdiness, having to connect wire to hoover to enable charging, this should not be a requirement in a high end cordless hoover, niggles yes, I bought the hoover to clean and it is exceptional in that respect, would recommend highly.

I am pleased with it. I like how it can support itself standing and that the fixtures can also be used on my corded Miele vacuum cleaner. What I don't like are that for me (70+ with arthritis) the clips are quite hard to depress and it is quite heavy for me to use as a hand held device.

This is an excellent vacuum in terms of cleaning ability with 2 large flaws 1st is the charger, it isn’t built into the wall mount dock so you have to find the cable and plug it it and remember to remove it, which if you have or are used to its main competitor is annoying and potentially expensive if you forget and damage it.Second the dust collection chamber is way too small as it cleans so well it’s full almost instantly 1 room and it’s done and emptying it is messy again it’s main competitor has a much better slide handle to clean it out this one you have to pull apart and it goes everywhere, Also the battery on full power is 10 mins max and I want to use it in full power to clean it as well as it does Solution is another battery and charger but that’s quite the expense at nearly £300 so if you want it as main hoover and you have a large ish house I suggest you get the one with 2 battery’s as you will need it - on the plus side the light is great addition and the ability to self stand is really useful and it cleans better than my bag less plug in Miele over all I am pleased with my purchase however given the cost of it the flaws are disappointing
