Excellent toaster, can tell it is quality and looks and feels great. Toast comes out quickly and evenly. Can be positioned either way as SMEG is written on both sides which I found extremely handy.

Absolutely gorgeous, Beautiful finish, large, makes a statement in the kitchen. Easy controll functions on one end of the toaster, two long slots which hold 4 slices or 6 small slices making this even more practical than the traditional style 4 slotted 4 slice toaster.

Have used pretty much all the functions on this toaster. I bought a long slot toaster for breadmaker bread (easily takes the slice sideways) and have also toasted crumpets, bagels and hot cross buns and am pleased to say it does the job very well with even browning. The warming setting also works well if you want your toast just a little bit browner. Very happy with it so far, just hope it lasts, but it does feel very sturdy.
