I brought this for a gift for my daughter, she was thrilled to bits with it! Beautiful looking toaster, and toasts to perfection. A bit pricey, but worth it. Looks lovely, but for such a lot of money, I expected this to last more than 5 months. Yesterday, with a bang and a flash the middle two elements went kaput. Rubbish. Glad I kept my trusty Dualit in the loft
