I was worried about swapping to a heat pump dryer as i know they take longer to dry than the old vented driers. Worry not with this fantastic Miele dryer. Not cheap but worth the money. Its quiet, quick and no moisture escapes into the room. It can be placed anywhere as long as there is an electric socket. Miele is an excellent brand, and this dryer does not disappoint ??

Another excellent Miele product. Super quality and very efficient. Having swapped from a vented tumble dryer to a heat pump, we can already see the savings in electricity cost. Miele might be an expensive up front purchase, but offers excellent value in the long term. Not yet convinced that you would really need wifi connectivity, but it is fun controlling your drying from your phone?

The tumble dryer and the delivery guys were great. Unfortunately, the constant cold calling everyday by AO, then never leaving a message (I'm assuming they're trying to hard-sell product insurance) was border-line harassment and I ended up having to block their number.

Great dryer, very very economical and does a good job. Shame it's a bit noisy when it's used.

Pros - It's quiet and doesn't use much electricity. No vent hose needed! Cons - Takes quite a bit longer than our previous ancient Creda dryer. The previous dryer had a vent hose which you had to put out of a door or window, so it sent hot air outside and allowed cold air in. Not great! So this is much better. But it does take longer and so far we have found we need the extra dry setting as the normal setting still leaves things slightly damp.

Bought this for the high condensation rating. Seems to work really well; our old tumble drier (less than a year old standard condensing model) put so much warm moist air into the room that we had to run it with both windows open. With this heat pump model, you don't even notice it's been running.

Awesome! Dries well, not noisy, economical.
