Easy to use - although I won’t be using the WI-FI option. Quite & well made as are all Miele appliances. My last Miele tumble dryer lasted 24 years . It was used a lot.

Absolutely fabulous. Build quality is so good, no more flimsy door and drawer. Love the fragrance flacon, I always find that half the scent from the softener comes out during the dry, but with this model the scent is infused throughout so everything comes out smelling lovely (plus being squeaky clean!) Love how it pairs perfectly with my Miele W1 Washer - and even knows how much washing I've done, and so how long to dry it for.

The dryer is super quiet and the laundry is fresh and dry at the end of the cycle.the water collector is larger than my previous machine, is more economical to run and is pleasing on the eye for a tumble dryer. Great product :-)

Very quiet machine, nothing like my old tumble dryer! Still figuring out all the settings and trying to get things dry first time but we’re getting there.

The scent Falcons are amazing:) I had and externally vented tumble dryer before, but now I know the heat exchange one is more efficient do costs less to run I’ve had to swap to empty the bottle that is taking some getting used to but God willing it will last 20 years.
