The scent Falcons are amazing:) I had and externally vented tumble dryer before, but now I know the heat exchange one is more efficient do costs less to run I’ve had to swap to empty the bottle that is taking some getting used to but God willing it will last 20 years.

You have more control of how you want this to dry your clothing which is a big help when you have many different types of clothing fabrics to dry ??

This dryer is working great so far - quiet and fast and much better than a 5 year old heat pump dryer we had previously. The A+++ energy rating is reassuring and it has a wide range of settings. Some of the bits are fiddly - removing one of the filters and replacing the scent pods for example. Otherwise, all good.

It is amazing. Wish I'd bought miele years ago.

Ordered the new tumble dryer on the Saturday, was delivered Monday morning before 10am. Regular updates provided for the estimated time of delivery, excellent service and great experience.

Great product

Really quiet and super efficient. Love this produce. Much better than last tumble dryer that was rated A++. Also works well with the app and our other Meile washing machine. Glad we splashed out for a more expensive machine, I believe it will pay off in the long term.
