From purchase to installation it’s been very easy, Bluewater experience centre were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, the installation was quick, professional and easy. The dryer is great, very quiet, quick, easy to use, the Miele@home lets me know when it’s finished, how much electricity it’s used,Miele have done a amazing job from start to finish

Excellent machine - expensive but quality

Easy to navigate website, found product. Machine is great, energy efficient, and very quiet.

Seems great so far. Keeping it busy and it seems to be a lot quicker at drying compared to my previous dryer. As a heat pump dryer it should be a lot more efficient too but will have to reserve judgement on that until I see the electricity bill.

This product quality is very poor, just arrived dryer above a lot of scratches. There is a lot of damage inside dryer's door. Miele is a good brand, but it's a defective product from Ao.com.

Too early to say as of yet has big boots to fill replacing our last dryer which was a tenth of the price and lasted years and years. Be interesting to see how well or badly it does.

Pretty quiet and leaves clothes ready to put away. Touchscreen easy to use, and you get a phone notification when done. Just wish it could load itself as well. Excellent drier!

This unit might be on the expensive side but so far has been one of the most intuitive and cheapest tumble dryer (to run) that we have owned
