Replaced our previous Neff oven which had served us well for over 20 years. This replacement is very similar with substantial improvements in the control panel. Absolutely delighted with our purchase.

We have had Neff ovens for many many years - 30+. We have not had to many as they have lasted for years. The one that we replaced was still working apart from the fan in the top oven but after having it for so long, we decided to buy a new one. We were very pleased to find a graphite one as we live in a traditional type cottage and we felt that stainless steel would be too bright. The oven is beautiful and a few of the points that I would have liked changing on our old oven have been incorporated into the new model. The only thing I was surprised with on the oven was the size of the top oven as it was smaller than the previous one. It doesn't need to be any larger as we only use one shelf. We did not go for the fitting as we felt that at £115 it was very expensive for wiring three wires. We had it done locally for £40. I assume the cost is high as it may depend on how difficult the installation would be and maybe you take an average price. I did note that some ovens cost a lot less to fit. Anyways we are very happy and AO is our first choice when we buy an electrical product as their delivery service and pricing is always great.

Graphite coloured stainless steel finish looks great. Controls simple and easy to operate. Larger oven and smaller grill is more useful for everyday cooking!
