Bought this oven in Jan 19, it had a fault on the fan, the first time I used it the cooling fan never switched off, I had to turn it off from the main. When I contacted Neff customer services they said they was short staffed and I would have to wait 2 weeks for an engineer. This was a brand new oven, totally unacceptable. Long story cut short I had a new oven delivered 7th February. This now has a fault on the cooling fan again. I am waiting for an engineer as I write this review. I have read other reviews now reporting a fault with the fan. It just comes on by itself, we were out and on our return the cooling fan was on. I had to switch it off from the main. This has happened a few times now. I think neff should be looking into this fault. I shall be asking for a different
Oven, I will see if neff step up to the mark, I would still choose Neff as apart from this fault I was happy with the oven. I think it's just this particular one.
Also this has no reflection on A O their service was very prompt with good delivery service and installation.
