Ordering was painless, but come the delivery day, the expected time kept slipping from just before 10 am to 11, to 12, to 1 then finally arrived at just before 2. A pain in the b*m on an otherwise decent purchase. As for the oven, does exactly what it should and looks coll too.

The cooker is attractive and fits well into our kitchen. Unlike our previous cooker we have experienced ease of use and better tasting food. This is a really quality product.

We brought this oven as a replacement for 15 year old NEFF oven that gave up. So far so good. Heats up very quickly, lots of great functions (I especially love the grill function in the main oven, more handy than you would think!) Installers were quick, polite and efficient and left no mess, all in all very pleased so far with this product.

Purchased this as a direct replacement for an existing broken NEFF oven and all the functions are similar to that so nice and easy to operate, looks great and warms up really quickly. Very happy so far.

Looks good and easy to install. Seems to work well. Retractable controls are a bit of a gimmick. You can switch off the time display, change how long the timer beeps for and enable/disable the child lock from the menu.

Very nice looking oven. Lots of good features and easy to use. Have not used all the features yet but did bake a sponge cake in it and can honestly say it was the best sponge cake I have ever baked. Cooked very evenly.

This oven looks sleek and expensive. It heats up so quickly and cooks things evenly and speedily. Moderate noise of fan and easy to clean. 10 out of 10. Delivery was super quick and the staff could not do more to help. Will definitely be buying from ao again. Al rubbish taken away. Superb service.

Have had Neff ovens previously and haven’t been disappointed with this one. Very stylish just wish a slide and hide was available with a double oven.
