Excellent product and performance so far - purchased as a replacement of previous oven after 12 years. Controls are easy to read and use and although functions have moved on the instruction manual has been spot on.

Oven heats up quickly and cooks evenly. The grill is exceptionally quick to toast/grill. A very efficient machine!

Great product, very happy with the service from AO.com Would recommend NEFF too! We had our last oven 17 years and it was still going strong! We just fancied a new one :-)

The Ovens are all I expected and hoped for in terms of functionality and build quality. I have just purchased this oven and have not had the time to comment on the ovens cooking performance so this report is all about the installation. The tech description in pre sales information was accurate and enabled me to prepare the installation site to precise measurements to fit the oven. I am a DIY installer and found that the information on the electrical installation needs to be enhanced as follows. 1) The pre sales info did not say that their was no cable provided. 2)The instructions that came with the oven did not advise on the electrical installation at all. At the very least it should say what cable needs to be used to meet current UK safety regulations. Setting up the clock time of day instruction is not clear and specifically if you want to correct your setting the oven needs to be switched off from the mains supply and on again in order to put in a different time. This is not user friendly. The clock needs a reset button and the instructions clarified. What I did like and have not seen on any other product is the provision of strong handles on each side of the oven to assist the lifting of the oven into the kitchen aperture.

Heats in minutes (not hours like our last one)! Love all the different functions.
