Great product but they have penny pinched by not shipping it with a new grille tray so the customer either has to buy a new one or use their old one, which takes the shine off somewhat.

Very good oven, heats quickly, cooks well. Lots of useful settings. Also looks good and I like the dials that hide away when not in use. Replaced an old NEFF and very happy with it.
