Excellent, I had a Neff for 15 years so made sense to pay a little more. AO.com were excellent, ordered late on Friday evening arrived early Sunday morning! Snow was terrible but drivers were amazing

Had my previous Neff for over 20 years. This one cooks better than ever. Great oven with very good and varied cooking options.

Excellent quality. Heats up really quickly and cooks much more evenly and consistently than my last oven. Controls are easy to operate and very well made. Very pleased.

Very nice oven. Lots of different heating modes and quality construction but... No easily removal grillpan with handles available in accessories. Still can't get the timer to set duration and end time and the manual doesn't help The alarm is not loud enough to be heard in the next room. Overall very nice.

Overall the product is good. The cooking of food is improved over my last oven which I didn't think would be possible. One downside is the shelves are quite close together and can only be removed not adjusted.

It’s not bad, it’s just not as good as the 12 year old Stoves it has replaced. Only comes with 1 pull out rail, this means there is no easy sliding rails for the grill ?? The Stoves had 3 pull out telescopic rails! Oven bleeping is so quiet as to be nigh on useless unless your stood right next to it. No digital thermostatic temperature control ?? I knew this next before purchase but the top oven is not fan assisted like the Stoves, but then couldn’t find one that was, wasn’t used much anyway. Good points - handles to lift it into place at time of installation, only expect to ever use once but a very nice feature nonetheless. Best point AO delivered within 48 hours for free, could have it delivered within 24 hours for an extra 30 pounds. It would have taken 2 weeks to 2 months to get another Stoves, not sure anyone would want to wait that long no matter how good Stoves are, so the Neff it was, hope to get used to it over time and looking forward to seeing how the self cleaning catalytic liners perform.
