This an excellent double oven. Simple to use with an excellent range of oven settings. The Crème brûlée I cooked yesterday, were the best I've ever cooked. This was thanks to bain marie setting on the oven. I'm looking forward to baking this years Christmas cake on the weekend! Can't fault the oven at all.

Love my new oven. Chose this model as my daughter has this one (albeit an older version) in her kitchen and I used to love using it when I went to visit. Looks great too! AO were easy to deal with throughout.

It looks good in my kitchen. Easy to use. Fan does run for a long time after oven switched off but this seems to be quite normal.

I have tried everything from toast to cakes each one has turned out as I wanted. would recommend this oven.

Replaced my 20yr old neff oven just because bottom door was quite loose. New oven fits perfectly and has the benefit of self cleaning sides in the bottom oven. Feel sure it will last as long as my old one as it feels really sturdy and easy to clean.

Simplicity itself to install and was a slide-in replacement for the old Hotpoint double oven. Very elegant in appearance and the ergonomic knobs toggle recess positively. Unexpected features were the grill element in the main oven (handy for crackling!), the various fan setting modes (main oven only) and the ease of setting cooking time and finish times on the timed settings. The countdown timer alarm sound is unfortunately very quiet and inaudible in the next room, so you will need a separate timer. The ovens are very quiet generally in operation. The cooling fans run until both compartments are <100degC and don't rely on the bottom oven being on to warm plates in the top oven - it's too well insulated. Use 50degC setting in top oven. The roller sliding guides for roasts are a nice touch and safety feature but an extra set for the top oven wouldn't come amiss, as would an extra roasting tray and grid to act as a grill pan. Keep your old grill pan. So 4* not 5* due to quiet timer and lack of grill pan.
