Our previous Lamona oven failed and began tripping the RCD every time it was switched on so we brought forward our plans to replace it. We wanted to go a bit more upmarket and buy something that would be better made and quieter and settled on NEFF. The oven is well made and looks and feels quality. It was easy to install and the setup took a few minutes, including getting it connected to the home WiFi. The oven has a number of different programmes that we are still trying out, but the main takeaways so far are that it heats up very quickly, cooks food nice and evenly and is very quiet. The app is a nice touch and allows remote control of the oven as well as having an assistant to recommend programmes/settings to use based on the food you want to cook. Only real complaint is that only one of the shelves is telescopic whereas for this price you’d expect them all.

Great oven, instruction manual could be a little clearer but the appliance itself is fantastic. WiFi connection was easy and the oven works exactly as expected for a NEFF appliance.

Never had a double over.......will never go back. It surprised me how quickly it heated up and the seals around it are amazing for keeping the temp constant, love the look of it too........not sure how to work the Wi-Fi on it but that's my next challenge

This oven has performed flawlessly having had a Neff before a long time ago not surprised. There is however one flaw, connection to the internet for Myhome Connect the time the connection is up is supposed to be 5 mins never seemed that long and not long enough to put my BT 16 character wireless password in, tried several times eventually after many frustrating time outs, used the WPA facility on the router two minutes for that but works fine Neff and the others ie Bosch in that conglomerate need to review and increase that time to at least tem minutes, but will they? Other than that it is an impressive oven and works very well.

Looks great and fits the colour in the kitchen well. Have only used the basic cooking funcitons, the higher level functions will be used wheen needed.

Great product. Fast heating up, just getting used to changing cooking times compared to old oven. Cake was amazing cooked in main oven.

This oven is so beautiful I’m rather in awe of it. Certainly I did not know an oven could cook so evenly or heat up so fast. It is quiet and the instructions and knobs are straightforward. The graphite finish is discreet and much more subtle than stainless steel. And it passed the meringue test perfectly.

Fab oven! Heats up quickly and reacts instantly to temperature/ function changes. Easy to use. I’m delighted with it!
