Very good product. Light and easy to manoeuvre about. Does a good job of cleaning my flat floors as well as carpets. Would recommend.

I have been an ardent VAX user for many years from the VAX Carpet Washer, VAX SPOT WASHER and VAX STEERABLE PET upright vacuum cleaner to deal with the debris left by 16 grandchildren,a furry Ragdoll cat, another rescue cat also both my husband and and I who also have been known to make a mess and various spillage accidents on my pale beige carpet which shows every mark made ! The suction power is fantastically strong for not only fur but microscopic dust which gets embedded deep in carpets and mattresses, but also very adjustable so if you need to some delicate light dusting with the attachment it doesn't suck anything it should not. The flex is a very generous length which is most important as our house is pretty spacious. The removable part is a bonus for thoroughly vacuuming the stairs without having to lug the whole machine up in order to do so. I like the fact that the filters are washable so you don't need to buy new ones all the time. When after 7 years my old faithful gave up the ghost after heavy use I replaced with another VAX. That says it all doesn't it !

Fantastic product! Had my previous vax for years without any issues, just needed upgrading! An absolute bargain of a hoover for the quality!

This is my 3rd Vax, they are very good. The only negative about this one is that it is heavier than I expected it would be, but it is very efficient.

Good light vacuum. Wish it came with a brush.

Fantastic has a lift away like a shark, steers really well & the suction is powerful overall i would say it is better than a shark i reccomend this to anyone its superb!
