This is the best vacuum cleaner I've purchased. The suction this has is top notch and leaves your carpet pile refreshed (button for brushes that give extra clean) and looking like new. Buttons to hand and easy to control as is the detachable collection pod which is ideal for stairs saving you having to take the full vacuum with you. Easy to empty and accessories very useful including pet attachment and hose for ceiling edge cobwebs or crumbs on floor. May be a little too hard to push if full on but can be adjusted, suits me perfectly. Overall, outstanding is all I can say. The vacuum every home should have ??.

Wasn’t sure about it to start as very different and much upgraded from my last which was 12 years old. However I have now used it several times and love it as it’s much more versatile than my old one and fits much ore easily into my limited cupboard space

It is slightly heavier than the last one I got which makes it a little harder for me to use and the tube is shorter. However, overall a great vacuum with good power and manoeuvrability.

Wanted new upright works well bit fiddly taking off middle cylinder to use hose and attachment but cleans well

Really pleased with my new vax vacuum cleaner. Normally go for more expensive cleaners, but so far this knocks spots off them. Would really recommend !

This machine has two settings- powerful and even more powerful. Its suction is so great that it is difficult to manoeuvre over carpet without opening the little window to reduce the pressure! Sadly it doesn’t suit me very well as it is very heavy and requires a lot of hand strength and wrist movement which I find difficult. It is also inherently unstable if you use the hose as this connects at the top and pulls the machine over. It is disappointing that it doesn’t have a retractable cable too. Probably should have bought a cylinder vacuum cleaner
